Your first visit, in order

Plan on 70 minutes: about 20 for the consultation and 50 for a custom facial.

  1. 01

    Step 1: Book your visit

Book a consultation, or the first visit, which includes one. A card holds the time. If you would like a particular esthetician, choose them by name on the booking page.

  2. 02

    Step 2: What to bring

Bring or photograph what you use at home, and a list of anything your skin reacts to. Tell us about allergies and sensitivities on the booking page; the intake form there asks the rest.

  3. 03

    Step 3: When you arrive

Arrive ten minutes early the first time. Downtown is Suite 210, with parking beneath the building. Crossroads is Suite 102, with a lot in front. Give the front desk your name and your esthetician's.

  4. 04

    Step 4: What to expect

Your esthetician looks at your skin under the lamp, asks about your routine and plans the visit with you. The facial follows: cleansing, steam, the steps you chose and a mask.

  5. 05

    Step 5: Afterward

She goes over what to do at home and writes down what she noted. Book your next visit before you leave, or ask about a membership.

The rooms

Private rooms, one client at a time

Each treatment room has a bed that raises and lowers, a magnifying lamp, a sink nearby and a window. Your esthetician steps out while you settle under the blanket, and knocks before coming back in.

At your first visit

  • Tell your esthetician what you'd like to skip or stop

  • Bring your usual routine in a bag, or a photo of it

  • Ask anything about the visit before you decide
