Our estheticians

Five of us, two studios, one way of working

Choose by the day, the studio or the visit you want. Each of us books under our own name, and each of us holds our own license.

  • Mary Beckett, lead esthetician, in a navy treatment smock, smiling beside a studio counter with a plant and a tray of cotton rounds

    Mary Beckett

    Lead esthetician, Downtown

    • Esthetician license · WA Lic. 000000

Mary leads the Downtown studio and works Tuesday to Saturday. She is the one to ask for if you are new to facials or want a first visit that takes its time: she explains each step as she goes and writes down what she notes, so the next visit starts from the notes. Choose her for a consultation, a dermaplaning facial or a visit when you would like to talk.

  • Sagrario Alvear, esthetician, in a linen shirt and apron, standing beside a made treatment bed in a bright room

    Sagrario Alvear

    Esthetician, Downtown

    • Esthetician license · WA Lic. 000000

Sagrario takes the early appointments at the Downtown studio, Monday to Thursday from 8 a.m., so a facial fits before the workday. She speaks English and Spanish. Choose her for an express facial, a custom facial or a regular visit you can book a month ahead and keep.

  • Genesis McFadden, esthetician, in a pale blue treatment coat, holding a folded towel in the doorway of a treatment room

    Genesis McFadden

    Esthetician, Crossroads

    • Esthetician license · WA Lic. 000000

Genesis takes the late appointments at the Crossroads studio, Tuesday to Saturday until 7 p.m. Choose her for a facial after work, a deep-cleansing facial with extractions or a dermaplaning visit. She plans each visit with the skin you have that day, and she tells you what she sees before she begins.

  • Harpreet Sidhu, esthetician, in a navy treatment smock, seated at a marble table beside a magnifying lamp

    Harpreet Sidhu

    Esthetician, Crossroads

    • Esthetician license · WA Lic. 000000

Harpreet works Monday to Thursday at the Crossroads studio and keeps to the clock, which is why lunch-hour clients book her. She speaks English, Punjabi and Hindi. Choose her for a 30-minute express facial or a membership visit you can count on.

  • Willow Shimizu, esthetician, in a linen shirt and apron, standing at a wooden table with brushes, bowls and amber jars

    Willow Shimizu

    Esthetician, both studios

    • Esthetician license · WA Lic. 000000

Willow works at Downtown on Fridays and Saturdays and at Crossroads on Mondays and Wednesdays, so she is the one to book if your week moves between the two. Choose her for a superficial peel facial, a custom facial or a visit where you would rather not talk much.

How we work

Four habits we share

  • We ask first

Every client starts with a consultation, and every new service starts with a question.

  • One step at a time

We change one thing between visits, so you and your esthetician know what made the difference.

  • We write it down

A note after every visit, with a copy for you, so anyone on the team can pick up where the last visit stopped.

  • We say when to stop

When a facial isn't the answer, we suggest a dermatologist or your doctor.

Book a facial

Choose a time on the booking page, with an esthetician by name or the first opening. Or send a message and we'll reply by text or email.
