How pricing works
Prices aren't printed on this site. They are the studio's own, and the booking page shows them before you confirm.
What decides the price
A visit's price follows the service, how long it takes and any add-ons you choose. It is the same whichever esthetician you book. The booking page shows the price when you choose a service.
The service: consultation, express, custom or peel facial
Thirty or fifty minutes
Add-ons, such as LED light or an extra mask
A single visit, or a membership
What the consultation covers
A 20-minute consultation comes first for every new client, and before any peel or dermaplaning. It is booked like any other service, or as the first part of your first visit, and the booking page shows its price.
Deposits
A card holds a new client's first visit and any peel facial. A deposit goes toward your service and is not an extra charge. We set the amount on the booking page.
Canceling or running late
Give 24 hours' notice to cancel or move a visit and your deposit stays with your booking. Later than that, or a missed visit, and the deposit is kept.
Add-ons and changes on the day
LED light, an extra mask, a neck and shoulder massage and dermaplaning are added to a facial when you ask. Each lists its own time, and the booking page shows its price. Your esthetician agrees with you before adding anything on the day.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never expected. You can add one when you pay, in the studio or on the booking page, and it goes to the esthetician who saw you.
Gift cards and packages
Gift cards are for any amount, and work for any visit or add-on with any esthetician. A membership lists its own term, pause, cancellation and refund on the membership page.
